Mr. Barry T. Schneider has been the Senior Vice President of Flat Roll Steel Group at Steel Dynamics Inc. since March 2016. Mr. Schneider served as Vice President of Bar Products at Steel Dynamics Inc. from January 2014 to February 2016. Mr. Schneider served as Vice President and General Manager of Engineered Bar Products Division at Steel Dynamics Inc. from May 1, 2007 to January 2014. He has held a variety of engineering, supervisory and management positions since he joined the Steel Dynamics in 1995 as a mechanical engineer. Since 2003, Mr. Schneider has served as manager of the Flat Roll Division's Cold Finishing Mill. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in 1990 and a Master of Science in engineering management from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
