What is the best part about your compensation package?
Every one is paid on incentive, meaning a large sum of your potential income depends on success. This has proven here to be very lucrative. They also contribute a large sum annually to your 401k with profit sharing. You could likely retire after your career here from those contributions alone.
Hourly pay (including bonus which doubles your hourly wage and then some). Plus profit sharing is nice.
The bonuses and the stock options
I believe all aspects from our Wages and Bonuses, Profit Sharing and 401k match, Insurance and Education benefits are all equally (The Best Part)

The best part is the money. Not many jobs in Roanoke pay like Steel Dynamics whether you hve a degree or not. If you have a strong work ethic and good attitude then you can make a fortune at this place.
