Mr. Rinn served as Executive Vice President of Commercial Metals Company from January 26, 2007 to February 05, 2010, Chief Executive Officer of CMC Steel Group from January 26, 2006 to January 26, 2007. He has over 30 years of experience in metals recycling and steel making. He served as Unit President of Commercial Metals Company since 2002. He served as President of CMC Steel Group since January 26, 2006. He served as President of CMC Americas from 2002 to February 05, 2010. He served as Vice President of Commercial Metals Company until January 26, 2006. He served as West President - CMC Steel Group and Chief Operating Officer - CMC Steel Group. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance, Marketing and Business Administration from Texas Lutheran University. He is a graduate of the Executive Program of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and of the Management Development Program at the University of Michigan's Business School.
