Stop placating and bending over backwards to the whims of the CEO, who changes her mind every 15 min on strategy. Leadership has 100% turn every 12-24 months, that tells you something. Zero loyalty and childish back-stabbing is the culture here. Senior Exec's mistrust each other and play power games

there are no benefits for sales reps at my level.
Market wages. Benefits based on performance AND effort, especially in support and back-office roles. Money aside, TRUST and RESPECT go a long way. The company sells items with these empowering words on them, but they do not exhibit it in any way in person at the home office.
commission and ability to earn has been lowered for 2020
There needs to be more transparancy as to the company's financial status and outlook.
There is a lot of turnover.
Be honest as to the financial outlook and address the issues routinely voiced on glassdoor.

Its seems to be very disorganized. There are so many changes in direction.
Customers and Stylist Ambassadors are "delighted" and "lovely". Team at home office are worker bees disposable and replaceable (from CEO's mouth). Behind the silver-plated finish of the jewelry is cheap, molded plastic junk. Same analogy at the HQ.
