What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have been here for over 10 years. I can honestly say this is the best place I have ever worked. I have never been any where else that cares as much about its employees as Stephens. It is truly a joy to come to work each day. I will be with this company for as long as they will have me.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
learn the actual business and know the actual clients
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think we are paid fairly for the amount of knowledge and attention to detail needed for each position.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
below market pay because they are 4th tier
What are some of the best things about your team?
It is truly a joy to come to work. We all know what parts we each handle and we are all willing to work together for a synergistic outcome.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all work together and everyone is willing to help out and lighten the load when things do get hectic. I love that there is no jealousy of knowledge or positions, no office politics to play. Just be yourself and get your job done - it is the BEST feeling.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The process is there to make sure the best candidates for each position are the ones that actually get to interview. You do not waste time interviewing for a position that doesn't match your skills or knowledge.

What makes you most happy at work?
Everything! I love to work with numbers and spreadsheets and I get to do that everyday. I love to interact with others in meetings or on calls, to listen and learn about the industry and any changes coming. I love the people I work with.
