She served as an Executive Vice President of Human Resources & Franchise Relations and General Counsel of Shred-It International Inc., until October 26, 2015. Ms. Frank served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Franchise Relations at Shred-it Limited from October 21, 2015 to January 20, 2016. Ms. Frank served as an Executive Vice President of Shred-it Limited until October 26, 2015. Prior to joining Shred-it, she held numerous executive and legal roles in various North American and global organizations, including: ITOCHU International Inc., Pitney Bowes Inc., 2Bridge Software and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Ms. Frank joined ITOCHU in 2008. Prior to joining Shred-it, she served numerous executive and legal roles in various North American and global organizations including, ITOCHU International Inc., 2Bridge Software and Wilson Sensing Goodrich & Rosita. She served as the Vice President of Human Resources & Labor Strategist at Pitney Bowes Management Services. She worked as a labor and employment attorney in New York City and Silicon Valley before moving into HR leadership roles in 2000. Ms. Frank holds a B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York and J.D. from NYU School of Law.
