He served as a Partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP (Formerly, Bingham McCutchen LLP) from August 2008 to July 2009. He served as a Partner at Latham & Watkins LLP and served as its Attorney from April 2000 to August 2008. He served as an Associate with Clifford Chance LLP (Formerly, Rogers & Wells LLP), where he represented clients in litigation, intellectual property and other matters. He is a member of several bar associations. Mr. Rogers received his B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and his J.D. from Cornell Law School.
