They need to learn how to talk and treat people.
Stop thinking they are so great because of their positions. Many only have their positions because the good people don't want to work in a management capacity.

Health insurance has seriously deteriorated over the years. Company keeps their costs down at the expense of the employees.

We never waste time - meetings are productive
They are collaborative, and passionate about the work they do

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We try to work together and the supervisor doesn't allow it says your being negative cause you should be able to do it.
New people have no work ethic and management is afraid to discipline them. Make senior employees pick up the slack.

Sterilite need to do An undercover boss.
Plant manager needs to go. Along with traffic manager and warehouse manager.

Stop hiring anything that just breathes
