Mrs. Kathleen Lynn Bardwell, CPA, CQA, has been Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President of Steris Plc since March 2008 and February 2014 respectively and served as its Vice President since March 2008 until February 2014. Mrs. Bardwell serves as Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President of STERIS Isomedix Services, Inc. She served as Vice President of Internal Audit at Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. since October 2007. She has over 30 years' experience in Accounting and Internal Audit, in conjunction with demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, corporate governance and SEC reporting. She served at Steris Corporation as Senior Director of Internal Audit. Mrs. Bardwell served as Vice President of Internal Audit & Tax for Cole National Corporation. In addition, she served in executive level positions with Jo-Ann Stores and Foxmeyer Drug Company. She has been Director of MainSource Financial Group, Inc. and Mainsource Bank since September 27, 2011 and Lead Director since January 23, 2017. She has been a Director of Mainsource Bank since September 27, 2011. She served as a Director for numerous community and civic organizations. She is active in many professional organizations relating to leading practices in corporate governance, regulatory affairs compliance and accounting and tax legislation. Mrs. Bardwell is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Internal Auditors.
