Mr. Michael J. Tokich, also known as Mike, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Steris Plc (Formerly, Steris Corporation) and STERIS Corporation since March 2008. Mr. Tokich has been Treasurer of Steris PLC and STERIS Corporation since February 2014. Mr. Tokich served as Principal Accounting Officer of Steris Plc since November 27, 2006. He is responsible for financial reporting, financial planning, investor relations, tax and treasury at Steris. Mr. Tokich served as Corporate Controller and Vice President of Steris PLC since December 2000 until March 2008 and from July 2002 to March 2008, respectively. He served as an Assistant Corporate Controller of Steris since May 2000. He served as a Divisional Vice President and Assistant Controller of OfficeMax Inc., where he employed from July 1994 to May 2000. He has been a Director of Steris Plc since November 2015. Mr. Tokich holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration in Accounting from Kent State University, Kent, Ohio.
