Explaining why certain things are being implemented.
Manager was not fit for his job.
MORE WORK HOURS FLEXIBILITY, AND DOGS ALLOWED ON OFFICE SITE.
When only idiots get hired, being expected to train these idiots that clearly have no desire to learn. You can't script it, it's humiliating, degrading and true testimony of current senior management. I never questioned senior management, never had a reason until the circus came to town.
Compensation should be judged on value to the company as a whole. New hires that are compensated at the same wages as someone with 8+ years in the company is a slap in the face to loyalty and time put in. value and worth over time should be compensated. Pay shouldnt be limited by a set scale.

Better compensation for daily commute

We need top tier supervisors who are seasoned professionals
More hourly leaders. We have salaried managers who are expected to manage a lot of people and I feel it is inpossible to do so.
promises made but not kept
Very bad work environment period
interview process is not diligent or detailed
To many people will need to follow one another over a steep incline. With the current hiring practices, the possibilities are endless.
