They seem to get along well; however, certain groups need to embrace remote work. We also need to align on newsletters and how information is distributed between divisions. Some groups have all-hands, other send newsletters - I'd be nice for support functions to be included.

Performance driven pay - when company wins, we win
bonuses usually pay out fairly
good pay plus bonus opportunity. Yearly review as well.
