The US is easily the best performing and fastest growing region for Sthree.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at SThree?
There is one avenue for growth: sales team management. They need to create growth opportunities for people who are not interested in managing a team.
What do people at SThree think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
The CEO is too concerned with company valuation and not with the future of the staff.
How's the work life balance at SThree?
Not great. In a sales environment those who work the hardest often have the best performance.
How does SThree make decisions around promotions?
It’s very numbers driven/ performance driven.
How's the vacation policy at SThree?
Good. Everyone starts with 4+ weeks.
