Old fashioned, run by old white men who put profits before clients. The firm lacks diversity and does not listen to women.

Midwestern culture, rank and file employees are great for the most part but people are generally underpaid which leads to talent drain to Wells and Jones. Senior management has basically thrown us to the wolves in the face of Omicron. Full in office work, no vaccine or testing mandates.
