What youll be charged
We charge a $20 styling fee before each Fix delivery ships. This fee is applied as a credit towards any items you keep.
The cost of your fix will depend on what items you decide to keep. Mens and womens items range from $25$500; kids prices start at $10.
You have the ability to set your budget preferences for each category in your Style Profile.
If you love all the items in your Fix, youll receive a 25% discount at checkout.
Additional taxes may apply depending on your location. You can read more about sales tax here.
When youll be charged
The $20 styling fee is charged about two weeks before your requested delivery date.
Youre not charged for the items up front, so you have a chance to try everything on before making a purchase.
Once your Fix arrives, you have 3 days to make your decisions, check out and send back your returns. If your returns are late, you may be charged the full price of your shipment. Read more about our return policy here.
If you have another upcoming Fix, your next styling fee charge may occur right after you send back your previous returns.
If youre purchasing an item from your Shop tab, youll be charged as soon as you submit your order.
Paying for your Fix
We accept a wide variety of online payment methods, including:
All major credit cards that are connected to a U.S. billing address
PayPal
Apple Pay
Stitch Fix credit from gift cards, referrals or special promotions
Wedon'taccept cash, checks or prepaid credit cards. All billing information is stored with Braintree, a trusted third-party payment processor.
Issues or concerns with your billing
Any Stitch Fix credit on your account will be applied to your styling fee or Fix charge, and the remainder will be charged to your credit card.
If your payment fails, well make several attempts to reprocess your card. If your account displays a failed payment notification, please update your payment method and contact us so we can settle your balance.

Return purchased items
We accept returns from purchased Fix items as well as items from your Shop tab. Heres what you need to know about returning something afteryou'vebought it:
You may return unworn pieces for a full refund within 30 days of the date that you checked out.
Please make sure any returned item has all original packaging and tags. This includes any branded bags for footwear and boxes for jewelry.
If you have a return bag from a Fix, you can place any item in this bag to return it. Theres no need to include additional information with the item.
No Fix return bag? Contact us for a prepaid, printable label.
Well refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method.
How do I track my returns and refunds?
To track returns, use the tracking number on the prepaid label.
Well refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method.
It may take up to 15 days from when you drop off your item to receive a refund. If your refund hasnt been issued after 15 days, please contact us.
If you paid for all or part of a delivery with Stitch Fix credit, any amount charged to your saved payment method will be refunded first, and the remaining amount will return to your credit balance.

How does the referral program work?
Each client has a unique referral link thats easy to share with friends & family. Simply send it out via text, email, or social mediawhichever you prefer! Once your friend completes the check-out process, youll receive a credit to your Stitch Fix account. Credits automatically apply toward your next charge, whether its a purchase or the styling fee. Check your Referrals page for your current referral offer.
If you have a family account, you have one shared referral link for everyone on your account. You can get referral credit for referring new clients or families to Stitch Fix, but not for adding kids to your own account. Learn more about family accounts here.
How do I share my referral link with friends?
Weve made it simple to conveniently share your link on social media, via email, textor however youd like! Heres how to invite friends from your computer or phone browser, or Stitch Fix app:

I was referred by a friend/family member. How do I make sure they get credit?
Use your friend or family members unique referral link when you sign up for Stitch Fix and theyll be automatically listed as your referrer.
How do I see the status of my referrals and credits?
You can confirm who signed up with your referral link, and which referralsyou'vereceived credit from, by logging in and viewing your Referrals page.
If you receive a message from us letting you know that your referral credit is expiring, then its time to schedule a Fix! The email you received contains information about your expiration timing. As a reminder, your credit can be applied towards your $20 styling fee. Any remaining credit will be applied toward your purchase(s).
When will I receive my credit?
Referral credit will be added to your Stitch Fix account as soon as your friend completes the check out process. They do not need to buy any items for you to receive your credit. If you're sure that your friend has checked out, but your credit hasn't appeared in your account, please contact us and we'll help resolve the problem.
Is there a limit to how much referral credit I can earn?
Thanks for spreading the word about Stitch Fix. You can earn up to $599 in referral credit each calendar yearthis is due to US tax regulations on this type of credit. Once you reach that limit, new clients who sign up with your link will continue being added to your referrals list and they will still receive credit at signup as noted on your referrals page. Youll start earning credit again on January 1st of the next calendar year for new clients who sign up using your link on that day or later.

Exchanging items for a different size
During checkout, you can choose to exchange items in your Fix. We offer exchanges for:
Different sizes for items in your shipment
Sizes in regular, maternity, petites, or plus (when available)
Replacements for damaged items
Order an exchange using the Exchange option in your online checkout. The sizes listed are whats currently available in our inventory. Youll be charged for the exchange when you complete your checkout. Please include the original item in your prepaid mailing envelope to return along with any other items within the three business day return window.
Your sizeisn'tavailable for exchange
If the size youre hoping to exchange forisn'tavailable, you may choose to keep or return the item you received. Please be sure to leave a note for your Stylist about the fit of each item so that they can keep this in mind when styling your next Fix.
Exchanging items for a different color, style or exchanging an Extras item
We do not currently offer exchanges for:
The same item in a different color or pattern
A different style or item
Extras
If youd like to try a different color or style, please let your Stylist know by leaving feedback or in your next Fix note. Your Stylist will do their best to send it in your next shipment. You can also let your Stylist know if you are open to a similar style of item, if the exact one you received is not available in different colors.
If you ordered an Extra and would prefer it in a different size or color, please return the item you received. In your next Fix delivery, you can add the Extra in a different color or size.
What to expect with your exchange
When your exchange will ship:
Youll receive an email confirmation with a USPS tracking link once your exchange ships, generally within one week of placing your order. If youre expecting multiple items, theyll ship separately.
If your exchange doesnt fit or you change your mind:
If youre not completely satisfied with your exchanged item, please contact us so we can assist you with a return. Were unable to accept returned items more than 30 days after your purchase. Please make sure any returned item has all original packaging and tags. This includes any branded bags for footwear and boxes for jewelry.

Our U.S. Womens and Mens clients can now browse and buy previously-purchased styles in additional colors, prints or sizes directly from your Shop tab. Here's how:
If an item has more variants available, click the image for options to buy. Note that inventory is limited and may change based on availability.
Purchased items ship for free separately from your Fix delivery, with no styling fee.
Youll only see items available for direct purchase ifyou'vekept items from a previous Fix shipment and if those styles are available in new colors, prints or sizes.
Can I return an item from the Shop tab?
Yes, we offer a standard 30-day return policy for all purchases, including items ordered directly from your Shop tab. If an item you ordered from us doesnt work out, please contact us and our Customer Service teamwill send you a shipping label you can print to ship the items you want to return. Can I exchange an item from the Shop tab?
Wedon'toffer exchanges on purchases from your Shop tab. If you want a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.
How does shipping work for Shop tab purchases?
Shipping is always free with Stitch Fix!
Theres no styling fee for Shop tab purchases.

Onceyou'vebeen charged the styling fee for a Fix, you may not see the option to cancel it anymore on your home page since its now being worked on by your Stylist. If this is the case, please contact us for additional options.
Change Fix frequency
If youre signed up for automatic deliveries, you can change the frequency of your orders at anytime. Click here to change your Fix frequency. For example, you could change from monthly Fix deliveries to every three months.
Stop receiving automatic deliveries
Youdon'thave to receive automatic deliveries. If youd rather schedule an order only when you decide you want one, click here to switch to on-demand scheduling.
Skip or pause deliveries
If you like the convenience of automatic deliveries but need to take a break, we offer a couple of ways to put your orders on hold:
Click here to skip your next Fix. Your regularly scheduled deliveries will resume with your following Fix.
Click here to pause your Fix deliveries. You choose when youd like to get your next Fix.
Cancel account
Youwon'tbe charged unless you have a Fix delivery on its way. To cancel, all you need to do is make sure youdon'thave any Fixes scheduled. To see your current schedule, visit your home page or, if you have a family account, the home page of each child for whom youd like to cancel deliveries.

Extras are our curated selection of products that you can add to your delivery along with your Stylist Picks. We typically feature essentials such as socks, undergarments, and other basics, but may surprise you with any variety of limited time items.
Who can order Extras?
Extras are available for women and men. Our womens sizes cover XS - 3X, including plus sizes and maternity-friendly items. Mens sizes include S-3XL.
While wedon'toffer Extras for Kids yet, we do carry childrens accessories. Leave a note for your childs Stylist to request items.
How do Extras work?
You select the Extras youd like to receive and well send them in the same box as your regular Fix delivery. To order and purchase Extras:
When you schedule a delivery, youll see a link to View Extras on your home page. Once your Stylist starts working on your order, this option will no longer be available.
Select the items, sizes and colors youd like to add to your next shipment.
The Extras you pick will arrive in your upcoming Fix delivery, along with your Stylist Picks.
You can add or remove Extras anytime before your Stylist starts working on your order.
Shipping and returns are free. Use the prepaid envelope included in your box to return items.
To pay for the Extras you want to keep, check out online after you receive your Fix.
Your $20 styling fee will be applied toward any purchases, including Extras. For more information on your styling fee, see our Billing FAQ.
Your purchase of Extras does not count toward the Buy All discount. If you buy all of your Stylist Picks, the discount will be applied to those items but not the Extras.

View ArticleYou can leave a Fix Note for your Stylist whenever you schedule a shipment. You can view, edit or add to your Fix Note directly on your Fixes page or in the iPhone app. We recommend giving your Stylist an idea of what types of pieces youre looking for rather than exact pieces so that they can choose items youll love. For example, instead of a specific shirt, please let them know youd love a printed button-up shirt for work, and then they can choose the best piece for you from our current inventory. If you request a specific piece, well do our best to find it for you, but sometimes these items are out of stock.
If theres an item you kept that youd like in more colors, youdon'tneed to wait for your next Fix delivery. Go to your Shop tabto browse which pieces are available in additional colors and purchase them directly.

Which carriers does Stitch Fix use?
Stitch Fix clients enjoy free shipping both ways as a benefit of using our service! We use both FedEx and USPS to ship packages to you. Returns are easy. When youre done trying things on, just pop the items youdon'twant into the prepaid envelope we included in your shipment and drop it off at any USPS mailbox or pickup location.
Can you ship via FedEx (or USPS) all the time?
At this time, the carrier we use for you is determined by region and zip code. As we grow, we hope to provide more flexible shipping options to our clients.
Does my shipment have a tracking number?
Youll receive an email with a tracking number once your package has shipped. Within 24 hours of receiving this notification, you should be able to track your package. Wedon'tprovide a way to track your returns onceyou'vesent them back to uswell get in touch with you if there are any issues.
How does shipping work for my family account?
At this time, Fixes on family accounts must all be delivered to the same address.Update the shipping address for your family by going to your Account page. Well use the name you enter there on the shipping labels for all deliveries. Open the box and check the note from the Stylist to see who its for!
Can you expedite a shipment?
Currently, shipping is determined by the date you request your shipment to arrive. If you'd like an earlier shipment, you can check to see if there is an earlier available date from your home page. Make sure you are looking at the correct clients profile if you have a family account. You can also reschedule a shipment until about two weeks before your order is scheduled to arrive.
Do you guarantee the arrival date?
We strive to have your Fix arrive as close as possible to the dateyou'veselected. However, due to various factors in creating and shipping an order, wecan'tguarantee an exact arrival date. If your shipment doesnt arrive within five days of your requested date,please contact us to let us know.

Although not required, choosing automatic deliveriesis an easy way to set up Fixes to come on a regular schedule. Womens and Mens automatic delivery options are: every 2-3 weeks, every month, every other month, or every three months. For Kids Fixes the options are: every month, every other month or every three months. Your home page will show you when your next shipment is arriving and its easy to reschedule or cancel. If youd rather not receive automatic deliveries, you can schedule a Fix manually anytime you choose to from your home page. Do I have to sign up for automatic deliveries?
Not unless you want to! We think regularly scheduled shipments are a truly effortless way to keep your style fresh. You can elect to receive shipments at a frequency thats right for youevery 2-3 weeks, every month, every other month or every three months.
We want you to choose the solution that works best with your schedule and lifestyle, whether that means shipments arrive automatically or you place an order manually each time. Stitch Fix doesnt require a membership fee or a monthly subscription.

How do I sign up for automatic deliveries?
From a web browser:
From your home page, click on Sign up for automatic Fixes.
Select how often youd like to receive a shipment.
You can still sign up for automatic deliveries if you already have a Fix in progress. Itwon'tchange the date of your current shipment.
From the Stitch Fix iPhone app:
Go to the home tab.
Touch the date of your next Fix.
Tap the dropdown arrow to select how often youd like to receive shipments.
The calendar above will show when your next shipment is scheduled.
If you have a family account, make sure youre on the profile of the individual youd like to set up automatic deliveries for. Learn how to view the profiles for your family members here.

Can I skip an automatic delivery?
If youre signed up for automatic deliveries but want to skip your next order, youdon'tneed to change your delivery frequency. Instead you can skip a single shipment. Your delivery schedule will resume as usual for the following shipment.
From a web browser:
From your home page, click Skip this Fix
From the Stitch Fix iPhone app:
Go to your home tab.
Touch the date of your next Fix.
Select Skip or cancel your Fix
Click the option to skip your Fix.
Your home tab will show you when your next shipment is scheduled.
If were already working on your upcoming shipment, this optionwon'tbe available so youll need to contact us to stop your shipment if possible.

How do I cancel my automatic deliveries?
From a web browser:
Go to your home page.
Click on Manage Automatic Fixes. (If you only want to cancel your next order but keep the same shipment schedule, see section Can I skip an automatic delivery above)
Click I want to stop receiving automatic Fixes
Follow the prompts to update your account.
From the Stitch Fix iPhone app:
Go to your home tab.
Touch the date of your next Fix.
Under the calendar, youll see the header Select how often we send your Fix.
Touch the dropdown arrow to see the shipment options, and select On demand: Ill schedule each Fix and click "Save"
Follow the prompts to update your account.
Youll know you successfully canceled all of your shipments because your homepage will now prompt you to schedule a new one.
If weve already started styling your next Fix, you may not see these options and will instead see the message Your Fix is in progress. If you see this message, please contact us and well stop your shipment if possible.

How do I change the frequency of my automatic shipments?
From a web browser:
Go to your home page, click Manage automatic Fixes
Click I want to change my Fix frequency
Select your new frequency and click Update Preference
From the Stitch Fix app:
Go to your home tab
Touch the date of your next Fix
Under the calendar, youll see the header Select how often we send your Fix
Touch the dropdown arrow to see the automatic shipment options, and select your new frequency
Note: When you change the frequency of your automatic deliveries, the date of your next Fix doesn't change. You'll receive your next Fix as currently scheduled, and the new delivery frequency will apply to subsequent Fixes. Rescheduling your Fix delivery
Its easy to reschedule your Fix delivery date for any reason. Click here to reschedule your next order at least two weeks prior to the requested delivery date.
If youdon'tsee the option to reschedule your delivery, its likely that your Stylist is already working on it. If you still want to reschedule, please contact us.

If you want to receive Fix deliveries more or less often, you can update your automatic delivery frequency to suit your needs here. Make changes anytime and choose the cadence that makes the most sense for you.

General Information
What is Stitch Fix?
Stitch Fix is an online styling service that delivers a truly personalized shopping experience, for you and your family. Fill out your Style Profile and a Personal Stylist will handpick pieces to fit your tastes, needs and budgetand mail them right to your door. Each box contains a curated selection of clothing, shoes and accessories for you to try on at home. Simply keep the items you love and send back the rest in a prepaid USPS envelope. Shipping and returns are always freeeven for exchanges!
How does it work?
1. Fill out the Style Profile
First, youll need to complete a Style Profile for yourself or a child. This information will help your Stylist understand the sizes and styles youre looking for, as well as your ideal price range. Completing a profile takes about 10-15 minutes.
2. Pick the date youd like to receive your shipment
Confirm your preferred delivery date from the calendar. At the time your Stylist selects your items, youll be charged a $20 styling fee. That $20 will be applied as a credit toward anything you keep from your shipment.
3. Try everything on from the comfort of home
We encourage you to try on everything in the box, especially since you never know what will look good or what you might like. Pair items from your shipment with clothing and accessories you already own to discover what looks good together before you decide to buy them. 4. Buy what you like and return the rest
Take up to three days to decide what you want to buy and what to send back. Youll only be charged for the items you choose to keep when you check out online or through the free Stitch Fix app.
Check out by signing into your account and selecting the items youre keeping, returning (if available), or exchanging. We will then charge you for any itemsyou'vedecided to keep.The $20 styling fee will automatically be applied as credit toward any items you purchase. If you buy everything, you receive a 25% discount off the entire box!
Easily return the items you don't want in the prepaid envelope and drop it into any USPS mailbox. Enjoy free shipping both ways as a benefit of using our service.

We work with 40+kids brands chosen to deliver uniqueness and value. Some of our brands may already be familiar, and some may be new to you. A few of the established brands you may receive are Tailor Vintage, Nike, BCBG Girls, Threads for Thought, Hurley, Kate Spade, and Hanna Andersson. Whenever our Stylists are picking an item,they'rekeeping your kids individuality and lifestyle in mind.
What ages can you style?
Each shipment is completely customized to fit your individual preferences and needs. We carry a wide range of inventory that allows us to choose pieces thatll be perfect for your personal styleregardless of your age. What sizes can you style?
We currently carry womens sizes 0-24W & XS-3X, and mens sizes XS-3XL. Our Kids offering includes sizes 2T-14. Were always working to increase our range of sizes so that we can deliver great selections to more clients.
Where do you ship?

How do I find my size?
Please use the size chartshere to provide us with your size. Because we constantly validate sizing to ensure consistency among the many brands we carry, we may choose to ship you a different size than what you have included in your Style Profile. Dont worry about the size on the tag, we're just making sure we're sending you items that will fit you best.
Do you offer petite sizing?
We now offer petite sizes for women along with our regular selection of inventory.Were actively working with our brands to increase our range of petite sizes so that we can deliver great selections to more clients.
What's the difference between your regular inventory and petite sizing?
Our petite selection offers our clients access to inventory with shorter sleeves, narrower shoulders, and shorter hems and inseamsall to fit you better!
Do you offer Plussizing?
Yes! We now offer womens plus sizes 14W-24W & 1X-3X.
Do you offer maternity items?
Yes! We offer maternity items in sizes 0-16 & XS-XXL as well as maternity-friendly items in sizes1X-3X and 14W-24W. Just let your Stylist know you'd like to receive bump-ready clothing by updating your Style Profile with your due date. By letting us know when you're due, your Stylist cansend you the right pieces at the right time.
Can you style me throughout my pregnancy?
For sizes 0-16 & XS-XXL, we can style you through all three trimesters and post-baby. For sizes1X-3X and 14W-24W, we can style you with maternity-friendly tops through your second trimester and post-baby. Let us know your due date and your Stylist can take it from there.
Can I request specific pieces?
You can leave a Fix Notefor your Stylist whenever you schedule a shipment. You can view, edit or add to your Fix Notedirectly on your Stitch Fix homepage or in the iPhone app. We recommend giving your Stylist an idea of what types of pieces youre looking for rather than exact pieces so that she can choose new items youll love. For example, instead of a specific shirt, please let her know youd love a printed button-up shirt for work and then she can choose the best piece for you from our current inventory. If you request a specific piece, well do our best to find it for you, but sometimes these items are out of stock.

BILLING
When will my credit card be charged?
For each scheduled Fix, a $20 styling fee will be charged right before your Stylist begins styling for you. That styling fee will be credited toward anything you purchase in that shipment. After your Fix arrives, you'll log into your account to purchase the items youd like to keep. See Returns for more on the checkout period.
Does the style fee roll over if I decide not to keep anything?
Your styling fee can only be applied to a purchase from your current Fix. It doesnt roll over to your next shipment,isn'trefunded, andcan'tbe transferred to another member of a family account. This applies whether you return all your items, or purchase an item thats less than the cost of the fee. Our number one priority is to personalize your Fix so you find at least one item you love and can put your styling fee to good use. If you decide not to keep anything this time around, make sure to leave feedback for each item, so we can improve our picks for you in future Fixes.

SCHEDULING
How doautomatic deliverieswork?
Although not required, choosing automatic deliveriesis an easy way to set up Fixes to come on a regular schedule. Womens and Mens automatic delivery options are: every 2-3 weeks, every month, every other month, or every three months. For Kids Fixes the options are: every month, every other month or every three months. Your home page will show you when your next shipment is arriving and its easy to reschedule or cancel. If youd rather not receive automatic deliveries, you can schedule a Fix manually anytime you choose to from your home page. For information about how payment works for automatic deliveries, see our Billing FAQ.
Do I have to sign up for automatic deliveries?
Not unless you want to! We think regularly scheduled shipments are a truly effortless way to keep your style fresh. You can elect to receive shipments at a frequency thats right for youevery 2-3 weeks, every month, every other month or every three months.
We want you to choose the solution that works best with your schedule and lifestyle, whether that means shipments arrive automatically or you place an order manually each time. Stitch Fix doesnt require a membership fee or a monthly subscription.
How do I change or cancel my automatic deliveries?
You can still sign up for a automatic deliveries if you already have a shipment scheduled. From your homepage, click on Sign up for automatic Fixes. This will not change the date of your current shipment.If you have a family account, make sure youre on the profile of the individual youd like to set up automatic deliveries for.
If you want to skip your next shipment, youdon'tneed to change your subscription. From your homepage, click on Skip this Fix. When you select this option, wewon'tsend your next scheduled shipment, but your delivery schedule will resume as usual for the following shipment. If were already working on your next shipment, this optionwon'tappear on your homepage and youll need to contact us to check if there is still time to cancel your next shipment.
To cancel your automatic deliveries, click on Manage automatic Fixes on your homepage. When you cancel your automatic shipments you can also select to cancel your upcoming shipment. If youdon'tcancel your next shipment, it will still arrive on the requested date.If you have a family account, make sure youre on the profile of the individual youd like to cancel automatic deliveries for.

RETURNS
How do returns work?
Place your items in this bag and give it to your mail carrier, drop it off at a blue USPS mailbox, or bring it to your local post office. Just send back unworn items with tags intact in the provided mailing bagno paperwork needed!
For items purchased individually from your My Items gallery, we offer a 30-day return policy. If an item you ordered doesnt work out, please contact us and our Customer Service team will offer options to resolve your issue.
How long do I have to decide what I want to keep?
You'll have 3 days after your Fix is delivered to try on your items and decide what youd like to keep. Onceyou'vemade your decisions, be sure to check out online or via the iPhone or Android app and then drop any items that you wish to return into the included prepaid envelope and send them back to us. If your returns are late, well send an email to remind you. If you don't check out within the allotted time frame, well assume you loved everything and your saved payment method will be charged.
What if I need more time to decide?
If youre unable to return your items within 3 days, you can extend for a few more days by following these steps. If you have a family account, make sure you're on the correct profile of the person you'd like to extend for.

Select your extension option
If you have already checked out, youwon'tsee the option to extend your return window. In this instance, please contact us and well be happy to assist you.
What if I change my mind after Ive checked out or have been charged?
If youre looking to return an item due to a quality issue, please see our damages guidelines. If you purchased items but later decide youdon'twant them, you may return unworn pieces for a full refund within 30 days of the date you checked out. Contact us for a prepaid return label. Please make sure any returned item is in its original condition with all original packaging and tags intact. This includes any branded bags for footwear and boxes for jewelry. Well refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method. If you paid for all or part of a delivery with Stitch Fix credit, any amount charged to your saved payment method will be refunded first, and the remaining amount will return to your credit balance.

Do you carry clothing that's sustainably manufactured or made in the USA?
We care about the environmental and the social impact of Stitch Fix and are proud to feature a variety of brands that you can request from your Stylist and feel good about how or wherethey'remade. If you mention in your Style Profile notes that you prefer sustainable clothing or clothing made in the USA, well do our best to honor your request. A few sustainable labels you could expect to see include Alternative Apparel, Threads 4 Thought, or Naadam Cashmere. Does Stitch Fix collect sales tax in every state?
Wedon'tcurrently collect sales tax in all statesyoull know if your state is among them if sales tax doesnt appear on your receipt. For these states, your purchase may be subject to what is known as use tax, unless its specifically exempt from taxation. Details for how to report use taxes may be found at the websites of your respective tax authorities.
Please note that how sales tax applies to your Fix deliveries may change from time to time as the taxation of online transactions is always evolving. We strive to comply with all state and local tax laws and update our taxation policies as those laws (or their application to Stitch Fix) change.
How is the sales tax calculated?
Sales tax is calculated based on state and local tax laws of the delivery address or the location from which the Fix is shipped, depending on applicable law. The sales tax rate may consist of multiple ratesa state-level rate along with local sales tax rates, if applicable. These rates vary by location and can change, so you may see different rates for different shipments. We remit all collected sales tax to the government.
In situations where you return an item for a refund, the refund will include the taxes you previously paid for the item, if any.
No sales tax is charged when purchasing gift cards. However, purchases paid for with gift cards may be subject to tax.

When a Fix delivery arrives, the checkout link will automatically appear on your home page. Click the link to start leaving feedback on your items, or the items for your kid. Your feedback goes directly to your Stylist so we can learn about what worked and what didnt work for each piece. At the end, you'll see a summary of the items you're keeping and a breakdown of your invoice.
How to check out online:
Go to your home page.
If you aren't already signed in, click "Sign In" from the upper right-hand corner.
Youll see your home page with a Check out button for the current Fix delivery. Click the Check out button.
Complete the checkout survey. Items are pre-selected as "Keep. If you would like to Keep an item please leave feedback about what you liked most about the piece so we learn about your preferences.
For the items you want to return, click "Return" and let us know why the piece didnt work out. Well use your feedback to hone in better on what youre looking for.
Ifyou'veordered Extras, click Next to confirm what youre keeping or returning.
Onceyou'vemade your selections, click the Review Order button at the bottom of the page; youll still be able to review and confirm your order before its finalized.
How do I check out using the Stitch Fix iPhone app?
After a Fix delivery arrives, open the Stitch Fix app and youll be prompted to complete the checkout survey.

Fill out the item feedback. You can toggle between Keep and Return for each item. Be sure to give your Stylist specific feedback on each item so we can learn what works.

How do I use a gift card for my items?

How do I add feedback after receiving my receipt?

What is a Stitch Fix family account?
A family account consists of one adult and can include up to four kids. With a family account, everyone shares the same shipping and billing information as well as referral credits and any credit applied to any person on the account. When you create a Kids profile, we automatically convert your account to a family account. You can receive Fix deliveries for yourself on the family account, but youaren'trequired to.
How do I add a family member?
Create a kids profile by following the instructions here. Right now, you can have one adult and up to four kids on your family account. If you want to add more than four kids you can create a second family account with a different email address. While each family account can only have one adult for now, you can still sign up your spouse or partner for their own account and get referral credit if they use your unique link, when they receive their first Fix delivery. If you need help managing a Kids profile on your account, please contact our customer service team.
How do I switch between profiles on my family account?
To update a profile, schedule a delivery or check out, youll need to switch to the profile that youd like to manage.

Make sure youre signed in.
Select Account in the top right corner of your screen.
Click or tap the name of the member youd like to view.

Go to your Account tab.
Tap the name of the member youd like to view.
How does shipping work for family accounts?
All profiles on your family account share the same shipping address. You can view your current address and make updates from your Account page. Well use the nameyou'veentered there on all shipping labels, but a note from the Stylist inside each box will be personalized to the family member receiving the Fix delivery. You can only have one saved shipping address at a time. Learn more about shipping here.
How does billing and credit work for family accounts?
All profiles on your family account will use the same saved payment method. You can view your current saved payment method and make updates from your Account page. You can only have one payment method saved at a time.
Your profiles on your family account also share any available credit. Any credit available in the family account including gift cards, referral credits, etc. will be applied toward the next styling fee or purchase. Well use all credit before charging your saved payment method.
When you receive a Fix delivery, your invoice will show your familys credit balance at the time the box was packed. If you get multiple Fixes at the same time, or have another one in progress, the printed credit balance may not be accurate. You can check your current credit balance anytime on your Account page. Stitch Fix gift cards purchased at retail stores have a scratch-off pin on the back. A field where you can enter the pin will automatically appear when you start typing your gift card number. If youre unable to read the pin, contact us and our Customer Service Team can redeem your card for you. Gift cards purchased directly on our sitedon'thave a pin.
How do I know what my credit balance is?
Once your gift card is redeemed, you can view your credit balance on your Account page.

Why do I have to put my credit card information in if I have a gift card?
We ask that you provide your credit card information just in case you want to purchase more than the value of your gift card. If you choose to keep less than the value of your gift card, your credit card will not be charged for the merchandise you purchase.

Before you can schedule a shipment, you must first fill outyour Style Profile and account information. Onceyou'vesaved your important info,you can schedule a shipment from the calendar on your home page. Simply select your desired delivery date.
If you have a family account, youll find the calendar for each of your kids on their profile home page. Learn how to switch profiles here. If you have an account for a kid, but have never received a shipment yourself and would like to,sign in to the accountand select Womens or Mens from the top header and complete your own profile.
When you schedule a shipment, you'll also have the option to sign up for automatic deliveriesranging from every two weeks to every three months. Learn more about automatic deliverieshere.If you'd prefer to order Fixes on your own terms, you can come back to your profile at any time and schedule a delivery.
How do I know when my next delivery will arrive?
If you have a delivery on the way, you will find your expected delivery date at the top of your home page.To view the delivery date for a kids Fix, switch to their profileunder "Account". Well send you an email with the tracking information when your order ships.
If I schedule a Fix on a particular date, does it arrive that day?
There are many factors in styling and shipping your order, so wecan'tguarantee your shipment will arrive on a specific day. However, we always try to deliver an order within a few dayseither before or afteryour scheduled date. Dont worry, your three-day return window doesnt start until its physically delivered!

How do I create a Stitch Fix Kids profile?
Heres how to create a Stitch Fix profile for a child.
Go to StitchFix.com/Kids.
Click or tap the Get Started or Add a Kid button.
Log in with your existing Stitch Fix account, or if youre new to Stitch Fix create a new account with your personal information. Since youll be managing a kids profile, youll always need to sign in with your own info first as any kids accounts will live under your name.
Fill out a Kids Style Profilesince every kid is unique, your answers to our questions let our Stylists get to know the kids personality.
If you already have a Womens or Mens account and your shipping and billing info is on file, well use that same information for any child you sign up. If youre new to Stitch Fix, follow the prompts to save your shipping and billing information. If you have questions, visit our Billing FAQ or Shipping FAQ.
Youre now ready to schedule your first Kids Fix delivery! Simply confirm a delivery date. We also offer the convenience of automatic deliveries ranging from once a month to once a quarter.
You can add up to four kids and manage them from a single account, as well as continue getting your own Fix deliveries. Learn about family accounts here. Ifyou'vesigned up a kid, and havent tried Stitch Fix for yourself, you can easily fill out your own profile by choosing Womens or Mens from the header at the top of the page.

Can I get referral credit for signing up a kid?
When you add a kid, youre adding a new profile to your account. Family accounts share a referral link so theres no referral credit for adding additional kids to your account. Your family account can get referral credit for referring your friends and other family members who are new to Stitch Fix. Learn more about referrals credit here.
Will my kids name be on the shipping label?
All Fix deliveries for your family account will go to the name listed in the shipping section of your Account Settings. The note from the Stylist inside the box will be addressed to your kid.
What information do you collect from children?
The kids products we offer are intended for purchase by adults. We collect limited personal information about children from the adults ordering for the child. Information about children that we collect and store includes name, birth date, height, weight and style preferences. If you provide information about a child and are not the parent or legal guardian of that child, please obtain the parents or legal guardians consent.
Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use our website or give us any information. If a child under 13 submits personal information to us and we learn that it is the personal information of a child under 13, we will remove the personal information from our databases. What if I accidentally made more than one account?
Since Stitch Fix is a personalized styling service, the best way to avoid confusion is to place all your orders through the same account. If you discover that you have accidentally created two accounts, you can contact us and well make sure your current order and any credit you have are on the account under your preferred email address.
Why am I getting a message saying my email is already taken?
Occasionally a glitch in our system causes new users to receive an error saying their email has already been taken. If youre sure you havent created an account already, contact us and well be happy to set one up for you. Visit your Referrals page and copy your unique referral link.
Sign out of your Stitch Fix account. Youll need to create a new account for him or her, with a different email address.
Copy/paste your unique referral link into your browser.
Scroll down to the sign-up form and use his or her information (name, email address, size) to create a new account. Once youre signed into his or her account, youll have to sign out and then sign back in with your information to access your Stitch Fix account.
When his or her first Fix ships, youll receive referral credit in the amount listed on your Referrals page.

Who are petite sizes offered to?
Our petite sizes are recommended for women53 and under. If you feel petite sizes fit you best and you're over 53, please contact us so wecan help you find your best fit.
I'm petite on top, but not bottom. Can I get regular-sizing for certain items & petite sizing for others?
Absolutely! Go to your Style Profile and let us know which categories (tops, bottoms, etc.) you'e interested in receiving petite items. And, make sure to leave your Stylist a note when you schedule a Fix!

How do I update my Style Profile?
Access your Style Profile anytime to update your sizing or style preferences. Dont forget to scroll all the way to the bottom of your Profile and click Save. If were already working on your order, please contact us so we can confirm whether your Stylist received your changes.
How do I add Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter or LinkedIn to my profile?
The better we get to know you, the easier it is for us to hone in on your style. You can add links to your Pinterest, LinkedIn,Twitter or Instagram accounts at the bottom of your Style Profile.
Pinterest is one of the best tools to help your Stylist get to know your taste. To link your Pinterest style board to your Stitch Fix account, copy and paste the URL for your board into the space provided near the bottom ofyour Style Profile. To get the correct URL, copy everything in the top bar of your browser following www.pinterest.com. For instance, the URL for the Stitch Fix Style board ishttps://www.pinterest.com/stitchfix/stitch-fix-daily/

Can I add a photo to my Profile?
You can share a photo of yourself with your Stylist by including a link to your Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter or LinkedInaccount on your . Linking any of these accounts will let your Stylist see your profile picture, as well as anything you share publicly. The spaces to enter your links are at the bottom of your Style Profile. For Twitter and Instagram, all you need to enter is your username. For LinkedIn and Pinterest, we need the URL for the page you want to share. To get the URL, copy and paste everything after "www"from your top browser bar.
Ifyou'vedownloaded the Stitch Fix iPhone app, you can add a profile photo to your account. To add your photo, go to your Account page in the app and select Profile Photo. From the Profile Photo page, you can take a new picture or use one from your Photo Library.

If there are any issues with your shipment, please contact us so we can help you out. If your concern is with a specific item, it's helpful to include the item number with your inquiry. You can find the item number on the Stitch Fix tag attached to the item as well as on the paper invoice included with your Fix.
What if I didnt like anything in my shipment?
Were disappointed your shipment didnt have what youre looking for. When you check out, leave us feedback. Our Stylists do their best to match your taste based on the information in your Style Profile and feedback. Leaving specific feedback on each item in your Fix is key to learning where we went wrong and what youre looking for instead. For example, if you rate a shirt hate it, we may not know what you hate about it, and run the risk of sending something similar in the future. However, if you tell us this shirt was too tight in the shoulders and Idon'tlike prints, we have the opportunity to pinpoint fit, style and other improvements for your next Fix. We look forward to getting to know you better and will strive to send you better selections next time.
What if nothing fits?
We're always disappointed when wedon'tget your fit right in your shipment. Our Stylists carefully review your Style Profile and any notes you leave, but sometimes it takes us some time to hone in on what fits you best. If you want to try different sizes next time, please be sure to update your Style Profile. You can also let us know in your checkoutsurvey if your body type requires different styles and we'll take your notes into consideration when styling future Fixes.
The checkout price is different from my paper invoicewhich is the actual price of my item?
As with any retailer, the prices of our items may shift as seasons change or based on price changes from our vendors. If there is a price discrepancy with the items we sent, we'll always honor the lower price. Please check out for the item, and if your receipt doesnt show the lower price, contact us and we'll be happy to make the price adjustment.
View ArticleCan I reroute my shipment if it's going to the wrong address?
We're only able to reroute packages when shippingvia FedEx. Sincewe ship packages via multiple carriers, you must contact us to check whether or not your shipment can be rerouted. If your shipment is due for delivery the same day, it can't be rerouted. If you contact usto have your package rerouted, please make sure that you provide us with yourcontact number for FedEx to call if there are any delivery issues.
In addition to rerouting your package, you also have the option of having your shipment held at your closest FedEx location. You can request that FedEx hold your package once your tracking has registered at https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack. From the tracking page, select "Customize Delivery" to view your options. Please note that not all shipments can be modified online.
For USPS, you can have them intercept the package and hold it at a local facility or reroute it by visiting their website here. Enter your tracking number to find out if your shipment is eligible and create a request. Availability of package intercept depends on various factors and may not be offered for all shipments.
My tracking says delivered, but I havent received my shipmentwhat do I do?
While we trust and value our carriers, issues can occur with the delivery every once in awhile. We recommend checking with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered somewhere nearby. You can also contact the carrier directly to verify that they no longer have the package. The phone number for FedEx is 1-800-Go-FedEx. The phone number for USPS is 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). If your shipment can'tbe located, please contact us for assistance.
