Mr. Scott Darling, Esq. has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Stitch Fix, Inc. since October 2016 and since March 2017 respectively. Mr. Darling is responsible for its legal affairs and is the newest Member of The Executive Team. Mr. Darling served as Secretary at Market Leader, Inc. He has more than 18 years of corporate legal experience in Silicon Valley, served as the Chief Legal Officer at several technology companies. He served as a Vice President, Corporate Secretary and General Counsel at Trulia, Inc. from October 2011 to February 17, 2015. He served as Vice President, Corporate Secretary and General Counsel of Imperva, Inc. since December 2010. He joined Imperva from Danger, Inc., and later as a Senior Attorney with Microsoft's mobile communications business. He was responsible for all legal affairs at Danger, including Danger's IPO filing and subsequent $500 million acquisition by Microsoft. He started his career as an Associate at Gunderson Dettmer in Menlo Park, CA representing technology companies in intellectual property transactions, venture capital financings and general corporate matters. He served as a Director at Market Leader, Inc. since August 20, 2013. Mr. Darling holds a Law Degree from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University.
