How's the morale at Stitch Labs?
In my seven years of sales experience, Stitch Labs was the most unprofessional and chaotic sales environment I’ve ever experienced. Morale across the team, and company, is very low. It is encouraged that you hide your discontent with your job or they will lay you off. There is literally zero job security and they are financially unstable. Working here was one of the worst moves of my career. If this is an opportunity you’re considering, run away as fast as possible!
How's the work life balance at Stitch Labs?
Work hard. Work harder. Grittiness over working smart are rewarded
Does Stitch Labs have any remote positions?
Only 1. Don't count on this as a perk.
How does Stitch Labs make decisions around promotions?
This varies by department. Sometimes it is favoritism, sometimes there are specific roles promotions that are leveled (e.g. in the support and sales teams).
How's the vacation policy at Stitch Labs?
The policy is unlimited (or untracked). However, the culture of work doesn't match this.
