They're outsourcing our jobs to India. Many of us are being forced to train our replacements. We had a very solid workforce with very high average time of employment, and now they're losing people in droves. It's sad

Cutthroat ruthlessness. Nothing will stop them from making the business appear profitable.

Leadership is proactive and communicates clearly. All-hands are every month and are focused around achievements.

Compensation is part performance-related and the company regularly hits their targets. Good health benefits, 401k and unlimited PTO.

I feel very undervalued. I'm about to lose my job to someone in India that will do a quarter as good because making more money is more important that viability.

I believe there is only downward movement potential on your commission based on the structure of sales goals.

My team is great. We have been understaffed for years and yet we work so hard and get the job done. Storagecraft is being held up on our shoulders.

Good communication, no bickering, people are not territorial, they all understand their role and work together like a well-oiled machine.

There isn’t anything out team needs to change

The people, directors and below. We all work so well together, we run lean and efficient. It's so sad to see all of our teams gutted to line a few people's pockets.

Everyone is optimistic and inspired by the company vision. They are go-getters who do whatever it takes to get things done. No complaining, no silos, great team.

The executive staff needs to begin respecting the work that the people below them do and start putting more bodies in places that can actually effect change rather than hiring more overpaid executives

Realistic expectations from management. Clear picture of their needs and goals.

I do what I love, and the team is positive and appreciative.

In an effort to avoid the situation were currently in "forced merger and mass layoffs) we have been kept extremely lean for years. Through this we have done so much for stc, and made it successful.
