- What did you like most about the interview process?Realistic expectations from management. Clear picture of their needs and goals.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The people, directors and below. We all work so well together, we run lean and efficient. It's so sad to see all of our teams gutted to line a few people's pockets.
- What are some of the best things about your team?My team is great. We have been understaffed for years and yet we work so hard and get the job done. Storagecraft is being held up on our shoulders.

- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?In an effort to avoid the situation were currently in "forced merger and mass layoffs) we have been kept extremely lean for years. Through this we have done so much for stc, and made it successful.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel very undervalued. I'm about to lose my job to someone in India that will do a quarter as good because making more money is more important that viability.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?The executive staff needs to begin respecting the work that the people below them do and start putting more bodies in places that can actually effect change rather than hiring more overpaid executives
