- What makes you most happy at work?Honestly, my co-workers. It is great to work on a product that empowers creators, but what we do is secondary to who we do it with.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?Two weeks a year the company closes - for "summer break" over the 4th, and "winter break" just before New Years. A great time to unplug without returning to an overflowing inbox!
- What do you like best about the leadership team?Transparent, and genuinely care about our people.

- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Meaningless weekly all hands are a huge loss. Individual team meetings are usually 20 mins of listening to leadership talk about themselves and ten minutes of actually talking about work that needs to get done
