The company culture is even better than advertised. The core values are discussed and put into practice regularly. For a remote team, everyone genuinely likes each other and works great as a team. It's easy to be myself and I feel everyone cares about each other.

It was very efficient, I was kept updated and everyone was very easy to talk to and open about their work experiences.

Everyone (literally) is great at their jobs, and at the same time, always willing to help others. The teamwork and appreciation for others is real.
What makes you most happy at work?
Everyone I work with has a great attitude and is fun to work with. Even when I'm discussing operating plans or customer contracts with our COO, we still enjoy what we're doing together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a culture of gratitude and appreciation that was instilled by the founders. Each week we have an "Aloha Friday" meeting in which we give 'shout-outs' to others for their help and share what we are grateful for.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team operates with a high level of transparency and openness - consistently asking for and listening to employee feedback. They each have decades of experience and are all highly competent. At the same time, they are all still open to new ideas and willing to learn.
