From my understanding, people are given a probationary period to improve on their performance if it's an issue. For the most part, leadership consistently tries to help each employee succeed and address where improvements can be made so that it doesn't get to that point.

I think we can do a better job with innovation. I think we should be encouraged to spend a little more time on learning the newest technologies but it's hard to find time with the work load.
