What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I love most is that words are backed up by clear action. The leadership speaks of values such as "people always coming first," and "we're about the person more than we are about the position," and I see that played out daily.
They are purpose driven and extremely proficient at their roles inside the company.
Great company with an amazing team. They value their culture and everyone is treated extremely well. I love working here and would recommend Strikepoint to anyone who wants to be apart of a Tier 1 marketing agency.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have a very generous vacation policy.
Unlimited vacation time with a culture that believes rest is fuel.
They provide profit share with a very competitive salaries. They incentivize A players with A player salary.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We're working hard to build a culture of candor where we talk "to" each other, and not "about" each other. We also have a high emphasis on having the other person's best interest in mind in all of our interactions which makes even difficult conversations life-giving and growth oriented.
They are smart and driven. They are eager to help one another and always have our back.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has a voice! Even in our hiring process, members of the greater team are brought in for the final step to ensure that everyone has buy-in regarding the person being added to the team.
People are very nice and knowledgeable. Everyone is on the same team and all want to help each other win.
