- What do you like best about the leadership team?What I love most is that words are backed up by clear action. The leadership speaks of values such as "people always coming first," and "we're about the person more than we are about the position," and I see that played out daily.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?We have a very generous vacation policy.
- What are some of the best things about your team?We're working hard to build a culture of candor where we talk "to" each other, and not "about" each other. We also have a high emphasis on having the other person's best interest in mind in all of our interactions which makes even difficult conversations life-giving and growth oriented.
