The profit sharing is extremely generous.

Better benefits ,they are costly and they don't pay out
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works together. Bad employees are quickly removed.
They are on time and do their job
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
This is a laughing joke of a company if not for daddy the president wouldn't and couldn't run a 2 car funeral

Everyone working together making a great product for the customers.
