It's hard to say. I find leadership to be wncouraging while management seems to be comprised of mostly ineffective "yes men" who prefer to take credit for hard work and demoralize and belittle workers.

Base plus benefits. The stock comp leaves much to be desired as in the current market the upside is drastically diminished and it doesn't start vesting until after 1 year --that is an antiquated way to do business.
The stock compensation package, even though it was a non negotiable fixed amount.

Managers who have been at the company for less than a year say things like "Starvation breeds innovation" and ultimately dictate the inequity between roles. Its their way of creating a caste system and a demoralizing hierarchy that doesnt align with the proposed culture of the company.

We all look our for eachother
Everyone is responsible for managing their own schedule and their own deliverables.
The emotional intelligence and high quality bar of the individuals across the board --very few egos in the room and (for the most part) everyone wants to empower folks to do their best work.
There is a constant promotion of transparency, and openness.
Everyone is genuinely warm and supportive, but not so much that it turns into toxic positivity. We're encouraged to give honest opinions and feedback.
Very inconsiderate towards employees with children. Covid 19 has made it very hard to prosper there.
You speak with several people from different teams, so you get different perspectives.
It is comprehensive, and different viewpoints provide questioning and insight which bring out the truth of one's experience and capabilitities.
