The humility and approachability of this team is nothing like the hubris and ego of other tech companies I have worked in.
It's hard to say. I find leadership to be wncouraging while management seems to be comprised of mostly ineffective "yes men" who prefer to take credit for hard work and demoralize and belittle workers.
