
I work with some exciting and smart people.
It's hard to say. I find leadership to be wncouraging while management seems to be comprised of mostly ineffective "yes men" who prefer to take credit for hard work and demoralize and belittle workers.
Managers who have been at the company for less than a year say things like "Starvation breeds innovation" and ultimately dictate the inequity between roles. Its their way of creating a caste system and a demoralizing hierarchy that doesnt align with the proposed culture of the company.
