Base salary with bonus. The only frustration is the vagueness of the % of yearly bonus we are receiving.

I would like to see more consistent compensation for roles and transparency.

I would like to see the 401k match increased in the coming year(s). I also feel that the tech salaries are below market averages. I think we are getting better at this with new hires, but if we want to retain older hires, we will need to compete with the market.
