The 4% match for our 401K and pension plan.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
nepotism prevents promotion. If you aren't related, your salary is significantly lower
What are some of the best things about your team?
collaboration is excellent every day
The comraderie that we share. Everyone gets along well and there is not a lot of drama. Everyone has the best interest of the company in mind when discussing issues.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Training is always a need
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are several long term employees that have been together for years and understand how the industry is changing over time.
The "underlings" don't let the overlords get to us.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I'm not sure of the process today as most interviews are group meetings with several Managers present which I believe would be a little overwhelming and intimidating.
