Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If we got a raise after a year. No retention programs or any way to get a raise unless you move up.

My biggest concern is that my current salary is a lot lower than the new hires for the same or lower position than mine

There needs to be semi annual compensation reviews, due to the fast paced office environment. 401k Matching, Unlimited Vacation are also a few benefits that should be available for a company of this size.
