What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Retention and raises as well as caring about employees that have been there over a year. Instead of referring to them as "replaceable".
There is very little communication regarding short, medium, and long term goals and strategy. There is no link between what we do on a day to day basis and the strategy/goals of the company. There is so very little communication or executive presence from leadership to employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If we got a raise after a year. No retention programs or any way to get a raise unless you move up.
My biggest concern is that my current salary is a lot lower than the new hires for the same or lower position than mine

In office would work better.
The "team" is not a cohesive team at all, and does not work collaboratively on anything. Our manager behaves in a way that creates an environment of competition and mistrust.

Not a lot of camaraderie or hope for future success.
We need to hire more smart people and not just fix everything with a contractor.

nothing is wrong with work, but sometimes I just feel I need more time for my home life. 2 days out of a week can sometimes feel very little time to give to the family

I am not challenged and bored. I don't get to use any of my skills or experience. This culture seems to be driven by top leadership. Managers need to be selected based on their skills in managing people and running teams rather than loyalty to or personal relationships with Viagogo leadership.
