What's the interview process like at Stuller inc?

Formally structured & planned, but ultimately a relatively relaxed experience. Depending on position, anywhere from 1 to 3 interviews. Fully online application & position / applicant status process and communication. If you accept an offer, be prepared for background/drug testing and security protocols that rival nuclear power facilities (trust me, I looked into it). Hair Follicle (for new employees AND for random screenings) full criminal background check and credit history review, as well. All due to the types and amounts materials & inventory held throughout the complex. Also, reason for high level of security presence.
