People do love their work
It needs to be folded up. The heyday is past. The bag design is a disgrace. The culture is gone.
It was really easy...not sure there was a clear idea of what they were looking for but nonetheless, if they liked someone, that is all that mattered
Don't hire people based on hipster good looks. Try intelligence.
Interacting with team members, good compensation and benefits.
The people in charge don't understand what made Stumptown special. It's just another company.
