What did you like most about the interview process?It was really easy...not sure there was a clear idea of what they were looking for but nonetheless, if they liked someone, that is all that mattered

What would you improve about your company's interview process?Don't hire people based on hipster good looks. Try intelligence.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The people in charge don't understand what made Stumptown special. It's just another company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?It needs to be folded up. The heyday is past. The bag design is a disgrace. The culture is gone.
The whole truth is that we source really highquality coffees and roast each coffee just enough to bring out the best of what's inherent in those particular beans.
