Open minded-- belief that anyone can succeed with no limit. Encouraging but not micromanaging-
They trust the team and care deeply about creating both a powerful company and one that cares about its team.

Everything, mostly just being honest

totally fair comp- really happy we haven't been cut (yet) during Covid
