Simple process, quite informal and everyone was always on time - very slick
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
If there is an interview with a current employee, it should be monitored. It was the most unprofessional, very discriminating and conflicted everything I was told by both upper management and HR. Follow up & update after final interview or at least respond to someone's email & call
What makes you most happy at work?
Our customers are the best and they seem to enjoy working with us and rate Sugar very highly
