What do you like best about the leadership team?
They treat me like I'm a person first. If performance is down they talk about it but also ask what seems to be wrong remembering were human. They seem to genuinely care and want to help and frankly it's better then other places iv worked
They are genuinely invested in their team having a work/life balance.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We've switched carriers a couple of times at my tenure there, but the company has always looked for what benefits the employees most.
Great insurance and paid time off

There is no badgering. We're each invested in helping each other succeed and keeping the workflow as smooth as possible.
Great camaraderie, everyone gets along well and are willing to help out.
Get to joke around and be ourselves while working and getting the job done

What did you like most about the interview process?
I met with my immediate supervisor and the VP of Marketing before they made a decision to hire me. They were very thorough, but kept the interview conversational.
It was a very straightforward process
Common sense but if you aren't using your g4ray matter you'd mess up and get it wrong.

Getting help when and where I need it.
Working from home is better.
