What do you like best about the leadership team?They treat me like I'm a person first. If performance is down they talk about it but also ask what seems to be wrong remembering were human. They seem to genuinely care and want to help and frankly it's better then other places iv worked
What did you like most about the interview process?I met with my immediate supervisor and the VP of Marketing before they made a decision to hire me. They were very thorough, but kept the interview conversational.
