What do you like best about the leadership team? They are in the trenches with everyone else.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I came on board under the impression I would be a bigger part of the forward leadership team, and that once we expanded the compensation would match. Admittedly its only been 10 months so far and growth is astronomical, but due to low staffing I'm running 3 depts. and would like to be paid as such.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Bad leadership previously, didn't manage team or finances at all.
