Mr. John Bandini McLaren has been the Chief Operating Officer and President of Sun Communities Inc. since February 2008 and February 12, 2014 respectively. Mr. McLaren served as an Executive Vice President at Sun Communities Inc. since February 2008 until February 12, 2014. Mr. McLaren has 12 years of manufactured housing industry experience, over five of which were served in various roles at Sun Communities including that of Regional Vice President of Development and Leadership of the rental home program and overall responsibility for homes sales and leasing through Sun Home Services. Prior to that, Mr. McLaren served as Senior Vice President of Sun Homes Services since August 2005 with overall responsibility for homes sales and leasing. Prior to that, he served as Regional Vice President of Apartment Investment & Management Company ('AIMCO''). Prior to AIMCO, Mr. McLaren spent approximately three years as Vice President of Leasing & Service at Sun Home Services with responsibility for developing and leading its rental home program.
