What did you like most about the interview process?
How easy it was. I had a different salon directer at the time so can not comment on current process

The manager at salon level
I knew the manager that was hiring me since i was a client before an emplpyee. Unfortunately my manager left shortly thereafter
The district manager i interviewed with. She was amazing .
My boss made it clear that he cares about a good work life balance.
The personal questions and the feel of getting to know each other. Was not nerve wracking.
