What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very knowledgeable and focused on group success.
They were tough and strong

My assistant manager is great
They have tons of experience with the company, since most of them have been with the company for more than 10 years.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not down grading people for not selling product and just being hateful all together
helping their workers more with work
Not showing favorites, and acting their own age instead of hanging out with their 17 year old co worker everyday :)
They say to be honest but when you are they say your being disrespectful... they tell you how great everyone loves you then turn around and say your not doing a great job.. yout always questioning yourself because of upper management
Pay attention and give credit where it is due! Dont make excuses for your favorite employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus given for sales

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If a policy is a policy stick to it dont have someone thinking there doing the right thing then say well theres exemptions based on how much money you make the company . Not paid enough for what we do and the unrealistic expectations held.
I had a lot of responsibilities that it wasnt i couldn't handle but My pay and responsibility/work ethic did not match. I am a valuable asset and i felt like I deserved more
As a Salon Director, i was making less than the tanning consultant
More money. Stop telling me i make enough and pay me for the job you say i do well
I would go above and beyond and my business would be told and I would be degraded

Salon level is perfect when you have a team that respects you
The bonds and team work we create
I appreciate that practically everyone that I work with in multiple departments are team players, rather than only being out for themselves.
We are family everyone gets along and helps when they can

The typical employee soends the day on their phoke and cutting corners ans lying to customers to get sales
Showing up to work. asking for help. Supporting eachkther
Get rid of the people who acted the way alot of them do

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
My direct manager made the work place environment extremely negative, but everything was blamed on me. I went higher up for help, in return, was reprimanded instead. It's each man for themself and they are all money hungry. They need to be snapped into reality and remember we're all human.
Foster a climate of respect for all employees.
Upper management needs to be more consistent and more professional.

How easy it was. I had a different salon directer at the time so can not comment on current process

I knew the manager that was hiring me since i was a client before an emplpyee. Unfortunately my manager left shortly thereafter
The district manager i interviewed with. She was amazing .

I think having more Factual information to give clients about products- rather than opinions and generic sales tactics.
