They have tons of experience with the company, since most of them have been with the company for more than 10 years.
The culture driven from STC leadership is a toxic one. They would rather us bully a customer into buying anything than take no for an answer.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not down grading people for not selling product and just being hateful all together
helping their workers more with work
Not showing favorites, and acting their own age instead of hanging out with their 17 year old co worker everyday :)
They say to be honest but when you are they say your being disrespectful... they tell you how great everyone loves you then turn around and say your not doing a great job.. yout always questioning yourself because of upper management
Pay attention and give credit where it is due! Dont make excuses for your favorite employees.
Supporting their staff. Preventing salon managers from bullying their assistant managers. Having boundaries between upper management and employees. Tightening the reins on some districts. Consistency between districts.
Get rid of the ones who harass and try and bully
Management does not care about their employees. sales are 1000% put over human decency. There needs to be a huge improvement in leadership
