We mostly get along, the company doesn't put much effort into new hires

Coworkers and the paycheck. I'd find another day if my roots in the community werent so deep
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Let the front line workers have their time off, extra staffing if thats what it takes. Less forcing to work and compensated standby time or none at all
