Need to get better at leading, cutting down cost and providing true service to the customer. When you cut you actual working staff to skeleton crew, you are unable to provide excellent service to the customer and will lose them. Which is currently happening. Senior leadership should be cut inhalf
Clear direction, clear vision. The idea of "we want to be a service provider for other service providers" is an idiotic statement. That means nothing and offers no inspiration.
Completely undervalued, too much stress placed on serving the customer with not enough manpower. This company needs to reconfigure fast. Senior management overpaid and overstaffed. While my yearly raise does not keep up with inflation. Company on a crash course.
Coworkers need to stop picking the easy jobs and start actually working. doing their share of the actual work that is needed to be done.
Collaborate with your team more. Meeting with your direct team once a month is in no way managing.
Better pay, less Chiefs, more workers. Stop overcharging customers for poor product. Stop sending work overseas. Cut senior staff in half or more.
Constant back-biting to get ahead. There are factions, not teams.

No leadership, no direction, no vision. Daily I have to try and inspire my team to do something, I am running out of ideas as my Leadership provides NONE.
