What is the best part about your compensation package?Market value- seems to be the same nearly everywhere. Neither good nor bad.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Need to get better at leading, cutting down cost and providing true service to the customer. When you cut you actual working staff to skeleton crew, you are unable to provide excellent service to the customer and will lose them. Which is currently happening. Senior leadership should be cut inhalf
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Completely undervalued, too much stress placed on serving the customer with not enough manpower. This company needs to reconfigure fast. Senior management overpaid and overstaffed. While my yearly raise does not keep up with inflation. Company on a crash course.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Coworkers need to stop picking the easy jobs and start actually working. doing their share of the actual work that is needed to be done.
