We do not talk about the CEO... just the general manager and the regional managers. We feel that they are doing a good job.

Schedule a shift lead or manager for every shift, not just am shifts, and require 2 for overnight shifts.
What part of Sunoco's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
Sunoco has been recently bought by 7-11, for now it is business as usual but the transition is long and daunting.
What's the interview process like at Sunoco?
Very informal, not a high pressure situation. Very laid back and casual.
What does the leadership team at Sunoco need to get better at?
Need morning shift communication with afternoon shift and afternoon needs communication with overnight shift!
What do you like best about the leadership team at Sunoco?
Everyone is on the same page and we keep each other informed about everything I couldn't ask for a better boss

I feel the employees do not get paid enough you get paid more at Wawa's
