They are all incredibly talented, and extremely passionate about what they do. I learn so much collaborating with everyone, and it's a really warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment to wake up to every day!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Usually working for a smaller company on passion projects means lower pay, or longer hours, but being able to get paid competitively, on projects I really care about, with sane hours, all while living anywhere is an amazing luxury.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really listen. They may not always get it right the first time, but they have a pretty amazing track record of success, and no matter how things turn out, they own their mistakes, and always always try to do right by the company.
