Doing a good job and making a difference.
Manager gives me room to be creative.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Listen to the people that actually run the business day to day. The biggest fault Operationally was the inability to be allowed to react to market changes in a timely manner. It took forever for us to be allowed to pivot to serve our customers needs. Everything took forever to be approved.
Incompetence at all levels of management.
